2017 Student Registration Fees

"Early Bird" Registration \\

Early Bird registrants are eligible to receive Super Summer prizes. Only campers signed up during this time will be entered into the drawings.

2017 Adult Registration Fees

Registration \\
February 1 - May 31

We are offering a flat registration fee for all adults coming to Super Summer. All cancellation fees apply per the cancellation schedule below.

JV Only: $195
SS Only: $215
Attending Both: $360 (Includes $50 discount for attending both)

Substitute Registration \\
June 1 - June 16

JV: $195
SS: $215
Note: Substitute Registrations may or may not be accepted during this time period, at the discretion of the Super Summer Registrar. However, should we be able to accommodate substitutes, the pricing structure listed here will apply.


Cancellation Fees

February 1 - March 31

No cancellation fees assessed during this time period.

April 1 - April 30 (Early Cancellation)

A cancellation fee of $35 will be assessed for any camper cancelling during this time period.

May 1 - May 31 (Late Cancellation)

A cancellation fee of $75 will be assessed for any camper cancelling during this time period.

After June 1

There are NO refunds after June 1, unless the cancelling camper is replaced by a new camper. If the camper is replaced, the cancellation fee is $75.00. Due to costs incurred by Super Summer at this point in the process, there are extremely limited circumstances for exception.

Substitutions

Prior to May 31

Should camp be full prior to May 31, Super Summer may be able to offer the opportunity to replace a camper with another camper until the end of the late registration period. The appropriate registration fees and cancellation fees will apply to all registrations during this time period.

June 1 - June 16

Substitute Registrations may or may not be accepted during this time period, at the discretion of the Super Summer Registrar. Substitutions will ONLY be allowed to replace a camper that is cancelling.


OTHER FEES

There are a few other scenarios where you may be responsible for additional charges.

    Students and Adult Workers

    To begin, create an account and supply the information requested. The next time you need to login, you'll simply provide your email address and password.

    After you have created your account, you can register yourself for camp if your Youth Pastor has enabled registration for your church. You'll be able to see exactly how much you owe, and can cancel your registration should you need to.

    Once we have assigned you to a staffer, School or PrimeTime, and dorm room, we'll show you that information as well.

    Youth Pastors

    As your church's youth pastor or group leader, we aim to make the camp registration process as simple as possible. To begin, create an account and supply the information requested. The next time you need to login, you'll simply provide your email address and password.

    You have the ability to OPEN registration, which allows your students and adults to register themselves OR you can choose to keep registration CLOSED, which means you will need to input all of the campers coming from your church--Don't forget to register yourself!.

    Before camp, you'll need to pair your campers with the roommates you would like them to have. Campers provide their preferences during registration, but you have the final say.

    The website will show a real time listing of all your campers, balance, and payments. When we assign your students to a college staffer, School (for senior high) or PrimeTime (for junior high), and a dorm room, all of this information will be available on the website as well.
