Super Summer utilizes an online registration process. Online registration is open from April 1 to June 1, 2008. Only 1070 student and adult campers are registered per camp. From June 1-6, a new person may only register by boy for boy or girl for girl substitutions and will be subject to a $20 late fee. No substitutions will be allowed after June 6.

Cancellation refund requests must be in writing and emailed to Laura Hefley before the close of business on June 1. A $20 cancellation refund fee will be charged. No refunds will be issued for cancellations after June 1, however, boy for boy and girl for girl substitutions are allowed until June 6.


Males and females are in separate dormitory areas and are lodged two (or three) per room. Senior high students are lodged with one or two persons from your church. JV students are housed together as a church group, therefore, it is required that at least one adult male and one adult female sponsor attend JV. JV sponsors must have graduated high school prior to the fall of 2007. Adults should not bring small children since there are no accommodations or child care facilities.


Every participant will need to bring bedding (sheets, blanket, pillow), towels, toiletries, Bible, spending money, and casual clothing (shorts are allowed during the day only; pants or dresses are to be worn after 5pm). Closed toed shoes are required for recreation. Flip flops and sandals will not be allowed on the recreation field.
