The role of a staffer is key to the experience of Super Summer. As a staffer, you will help lead the young people on a spiritual journey through the teaching, worship, and recreation program. Many of you have attended Super Summer as a "camper" and are sold out to the students for the week.

A staffer must be a spiritually mature person who has graduated from high school in 2009 or before. This person must have unquestionable Christian dedication and be no more than 30 years of age.
