Substitution Registration (May 25 - June 14)
Boy for boy or girl for girl substitutions are allowed. However, a $25 substitution fee will be applied. If you need to substitute a student, please contact Paul Bradley at paul@paulbradley.info. Include the name of the new student and the name of the student you are replacing. At this point, you will be given access to input the new student's registration online.

Registration Changes
Registration changes, including roommate changes, will not be allowed after May 24th (except for substitutions). Beginning May 25th, Super Summer Arkansas will begin housing, and we cannot accommodate any changes after the May 24th cut off. The only exception to this policy applies to any substituted campers, prior to June 14, 2010. Thank you for understanding.

Please remember
Each camper must list 2 roommates in the registration process. All campers, including adults, may be assigned to a room with more than one roommate, so please plan accordingly. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate private room or "only one roommate" requests for adults. We are unable to accommodate on-site room change requests, as this is very difficult for our administrative staff. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING CHANGES TO OUR REGISTRATION PROCESS FOR 2010:

  1. Super Summer Arkansas' policy for consent forms has changed.

    Campers:     After submitting your registration, please print off your consent form and give it to your youth pastor, along with your registration payment.

    Youth Pastors: Please retain all consent forms for your records. The consent forms do not need to be sent to the Super Summer office this year.
     
  2. Roommate selections are required before submitting registrations to Super Summer.

    Campers:     You must provide two roommate selections when you register for Super Summer. Your registration cannot be officially submitted without two valid selections.

    Youth Pastors: Before the system will allow you to submit campers, it will do a verification on each roommate for the camper you're trying to submit. If a match is not found, the system will prompt you and you must specify a valid roommate.

    Example: If there are two students who have registered for camp and list each other as their roommate, the system will allow them to continue. However, if they list a third roommate, for example, and that third student has not yet registered, the system will be unable to locate that student's registration, and the system will not allow you to submit because it considers that roommate selection invalid. Please contact Paul Bradley if you have questions about this once registration has begun.
     



The online registration system is now equipped to handle camper cancellations. Cancellations done prior to May 24, 2010 will not incur a cancellation fee. Cancellations between May 25, 2010 and June 14, 2010 will incur a cancellation fee. No cancellations accepted after June 14, 2010.
